The project is structured into three key milestones: first, the Executive Sales Overview, which focuses on building a main dashboard that highlights core KPIs such as Revenue, Orders, and Average Order Value (AOV), along with monthly sales trends to provide a high-level performance snapshot. Second, the Product & Profit Deep-Dive, where detailed analysis is conducted on product categories, profit margins, and shipping efficiency to uncover insights that drive profitability and operational improvements. Finally, the Regional Analysis & Final Delivery, which involves creating geographic visualizations and market share analysis across all territories to identify regional performance patterns and support strategic decision-making.
