DataPilot – AI-Powered Automated Machine Learning & Data Analytics Platform

DataPilot – AI-Powered AutoML & Analytics Platform DataPilot is a full-stack AI-powered AutoML platform that automates the end-to-end machine learning workflow, enabling users to transform raw datasets into actionable insights without extensive data science expertise. Built using and , the platform allows users to upload datasets, perform automated preprocessing, generate exploratory data analysis (EDA), train multiple machine learning models, and receive AI-driven explanations through an interactive interface. The system automatically handles missing values, categorical encoding, feature scaling, duplicate removal, and data validation. It identifies whether a dataset requires classification or regression and trains multiple algorithms accordingly, comparing their performance using metrics such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-Score, ROC-AUC, MAE, RMSE, and R². The best-performing model is then recommended automatically. DataPilot generates interactive visualizations, including feature distributions, correlation heatmaps, missing-value reports, and model performance charts, helping users better understand their data and results. A key feature is its AI-powered assistant, which leverages large language models to provide context-aware explanations of datasets, visualizations, model predictions, feature importance, and analytical insights. The platform also supports automated report generation, consolidating findings, visualizations, and model evaluations into a structured output. My Role As the AI/ML Engineer and Full-Stack Developer, I designed the platform architecture, developed the AutoML pipeline, implemented data preprocessing and EDA modules, integrated machine learning models, built the FastAPI backend and Streamlit frontend communication layer, developed the AI assistant workflow, implemented visualization dashboards, model evaluation systems, and contributed to deployment, debugging, and system scalability.
