This project delivers a comprehensive healthcare analytics solution for a multi-hospital network across the United States. Using Microsoft Excel as the primary analytics and visualization platform, the analysis transforms 55,500 raw patient records into an executive-ready interactive dashboard — enabling data-driven decisions around patient care, hospital operations, cost management, and resource planning. The final output is a single, multi-tab Excel workbook containing raw data, cleaned data, pivot-driven KPIs, and a fully interactive dashboard — designed for both operational managers and C-suite stakeholders.
