Developed a comprehensive healthcare analytics project focused on optimizing hospital reception operations using Python and Power BI. The project involved analyzing a large-scale dataset from a major American hospital to uncover patterns related to patient flow, waiting times, service demand, peak reception hours, referral sources, and demographic behavior.
