This project focuses on analyzing Human Resources (HR) data to better understand employee behavior, performance, and workforce trends. The dataset covers key aspects such as employee demographics, job roles, salaries, performance ratings, satisfaction levels, and tenure. The project was executed using four main tools: Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau. Data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation were performed using Excel, SQL, and Python to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Exploratory data analysis and insight generation were also conducted across these tools to uncover patterns and trends within the dataset. Finally, interactive dashboards were developed using Tableau to effectively visualize key insights, enabling clear and data-driven decision-making.
