In this project, I developed a machine learning model to predict the likelihood of heart disease based on patient data. - Performed data cleaning and preprocessing using Pandas - Handled missing values and outliers - Conducted exploratory data analysis (EDA) - Visualized key insights using Matplotlib and Seaborn - Built and evaluated classification models (Logistic Regression, SVM) Tools & Technologies: Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn This project demonstrates my ability to analyze medical datasets and build predictive models to support decision-making.
