ISHMS (Intelligent Smart Hospital Management System)

ISHMS (Intelligent Smart Hospital Management System) is a scalable and enterprise-style healthcare management backend system developed using ASP.NET Core Web API and SQL Server. The project was designed to simulate real-world hospital workflows by managing patients, medical staff, tasks, alerts, departments, and medical records through a secure and modular backend architecture. One of the core functionalities of the system is the implementation of the NEWS (National Early Warning Score) system, which analyzes patient vital signs to help detect critical medical conditions early and improve patient monitoring efficiency inside hospitals. The system follows Clean Architecture principles and separates responsibilities into multiple layers including API, Business Logic Layer (BLL), Core, and Data Access Layer (DAL), making the application maintainable, scalable, and easy to extend.
