This project is a Weather App built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It allows users to search for any city and instantly get real-time weather information. The application integrates a weather API to fetch live data such as temperature, weather conditions, humidity, and wind speed.
One of the key features of this project is the smart search functionality, where users can type a single letter (for example, “f”) and get a list of the most popular cities starting with that letter. When a user selects a specific city, the app not only displays the current weather but also shows a 4-day forecast.
In addition, the background dynamically changes based on the selected city, displaying a relevant image of that location to enhance the user experience visually. All data and images are handled through APIs.
The interface is designed to be clean, simple, and user-friendly, and the project is fully responsive across all devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
This project helped me strengthen my skills in working with APIs, handling asynchronous JavaScript (fetch/AJAX), managing dynamic UI updates, and building responsive and interactive web applications.
