This project is an end-to-end automated HR system built using n8n that analyzes and evaluates job applicants’ CVs using AI.
The workflow starts when a candidate submits a form. The system then extracts data from the uploaded CV and splits it into key sections such as personal information and qualifications. These data points are processed and merged, then passed to an AI model for summarization and evaluation.
The AI (HR Expert module) reviews the candidate’s profile, analyzes skills and experience, and generates structured insights. Finally, the results are stored automatically in a Google Sheet for easy tracking and decision-making.
