HR AI Agent using n8n – Automated CV Screening and Candidate Evaluation
This project is an intelligent HR automation system that uses AI and n8n (workflow automation tool )to streamline the recruitment process.
The system automatically collects CVs, analyzes them using AI models, and evaluates candidates based on predefined job requirements such as skills, experience, and education. It then ranks applicants, filters out unqualified candidates, and provides a shortlist of the best matches.
Using n8n, the entire workflow is automated—from receiving applications (via email or forms), to parsing CVs, to sending results or notifications to HR.
