Saad Zaghloul Square – Alexandria

Saad Zaghloul Square – Alexandria Landscape redesign project based on the transformation of an existing public plaza. The concept focuses on reorganizing and enhancing the square through a new landscape layout that improves functionality and user experience. The design introduces clearly defined zones, including pedestrian walkways, seating areas, shaded spaces with umbrellas, and a dedicated parking area. Different levels are used to create visual interest and spatial variation, along with integrated water features that add aesthetic value to the space. The design also emphasizes greenery distribution and circulation paths, making the square more inviting and suitable for social interaction and daily use. Special attention is given to the area surrounding the Saad Zaghloul statue, creating a central focal point within a well-organized and accessible urban space.
