Sales Opportunities Dashboard in Excel (KPIs & Performance Analysis)

I designed and developed an interactive Excel dashboard to analyze sales opportunities and evaluate overall business performance. The dashboard provides a clear overview of key metrics such as total opportunities, won and lost deals, and win rate. It also includes detailed analysis of sales performance by agent, helping identify top performers and areas for improvement. Key features of the dashboard: KPI section (Total Opportunities, Won, Lost, Win Rate) Sales performance analysis by sales agents Opportunities distribution (Won vs Lost) Interactive filters for region and manager Clear and professional charts (bar charts and pie charts) Structured and user-friendly layout The goal of this project was to help decision-makers understand sales performance, improve win rates, and identify top-performing sales agents.
